On the night of December 12th, Dong Nai Province Police successfully wiped out a gambling base, seized nearly 400 million VND, 21 suspects from many different provinces and detected 2 rare animals which one is used as liquor and one is captivated.
According to the report, at 3:45 PM the same day, dozens of the Anti-Social Crimes and Human Trafficking Reconnaissance of the Criminal Police Division – Dong Nai Provincial Police Department abruptly assaulted a gambling base at Nguyen Phuc The’s house (1979, of Hamlet No.1, Binh Loi commune, Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province).
At the crime scene, the police captured 21 suspects who were playing Sic Bo, seized nearly 400 million VND along with other proof: 3 dice, 1 white plate, 1 black plastic cap; 24 mobile phones, 4 motorbikes, and 2 cars.
In the early report, the police confirmed that the masterminds of the base were Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong (nickname: Huong melasma), 1983 of No.5 quarter, Thong Nhat ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai province and Cao My Hanh (nickname: Big Baby), 1985 of No.2 hamlet, Thanh Phu ward, Vinh Cuu district; Pham Ngoc Son (1996) of Tan Phuoc Ward, Tan Hong district, and Dong Thap province was the dealer and money collector.
Furthermore, the police also found a jar containing a liquor-pickled tiger; and 1 captivate Con Dao squirrel, both of which are listed as rare in the Red Book.
